Options. I have several bright spot also , iPhone 6 a old phone . What I did was. setting > general > accessibility > display accommodations > invert colours > smart . Eliminated all the bright spot for now. As long as it doesnt annoy me I won't do anything extra on it as its a spare phone . Battery still works fine .
