For the mounts, Skyscale can do more than Griffon and is much easier to use. Griffon on the other hand is a lot faster (if you can drop from big heights) and way more fun to use. There are also Griffon timed adventures that are a lot of fun. My suggestion is to get Skyscale first, and later on Griffon.
Assuming you can teleport, you can complete skyscale in 4 days and 8 hours. generally it takes 1-2 weeks to complete it without everything prepared. The map currencies will take the longest. the best way to get them is to farm the nodes, then do the hearts, then farm eternal ice shards and convert to Map currencies.
The Kaineng Meta is like 10 events in a row each with dozens of mobs. It's not really a farm, but if you can get in it's an easy million exp with minimal boosters. Enemies stock up more bonus experience the longer they're alive. Clearing out groups of enemies in out of the way areas can give massive bursts of experience.
